Air barrier Waterfront

Description: Opposite the marine mammal park Dolfinarium, the new district Waterfront is being developed. Part of the new district exists of a couple residential islands. The plan includes the construction of 944 homes, some small shops and commercial properties.
Liquid Rubber has been used for various air barriers troughout the new housing development. The products of Liquid Rubber are enviromentally friendly and sustainable. At the apartment complex de Vuurtoren en de Wachter all window frames, seams and joints are sealed airtight with Liquid Rubber HBS200. All seams larger than 3mm are reinforeced with Geotextile.
